The SWOD secretariat will deal with your request upon receipt.
If your question needs to be forwarded to commission members and/or other experts in our network, your NAW data will be anonymised.
SWOD uses your personal data, which you provide via this contact form, only for the purpose for which you left them behind.
SWOD does not store personal data for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which you left them behind. The data is then destroyed. For our services we can use external platforms, such as Twitter. However, if your question is used, your data will be anonymised and adjusted in such a way that it cannot be traced back to you. The most important rules for the handling of personal data are set out in the General Data Protection Regulation.
Telephone calls are recorded and stored for 7 days.
SWOD does not use Cookies or keep track of the data of visitors to our websites.
